THE RITUAL

The Brewing Guide

Two blends. Two moments. One simple ritual that takes less than five minutes.

Good tea doesn't need instructions — but great tea deserves attention. These are the small details that make the ritual worth repeating.

MORNING BLEND

Subha Ki Chai

Best enjoyed before breakfast, on an empty stomach.

1 TSP Per Cup
100°C Water Temp
3–5 MIN Steep Time
1

Boil fresh water and let it reach a full rolling boil at 100°C. Do not use previously boiled water — freshly oxygenated water makes a difference.

2

Add 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 2.5g) of Subha Ki Chai directly into your cup or a small pot.

3

Pour boiling water over the blend. You'll notice the aroma of fennel and ginger release immediately.

4

Steep for 3–5 minutes. Longer steeping brings out more ginger heat. Start at 3 minutes and adjust to your taste.

5

Strain through a fine mesh strainer and drink as is. The Mulethi provides natural sweetness — no sugar needed. Enjoy slowly.

PRO TIPS

  • No milk — this is a herbal brew, not a chai latte
  • Drink on an empty stomach for maximum digestive benefit
  • Can be drunk warm or cooled to room temperature

EVENING BLEND

Raat Ki Chai

Best enjoyed 30–60 minutes before bed, after dinner.

1 TSP Per Cup
100°C Water Temp
5–7 MIN Steep Time

PRO TIPS

  • Use a clear glass to enjoy the jewel-red color
  • A small amount of honey complements the hibiscus tartness
  • Serve warm or over ice — cold Raat Ki Chai is stunning in summer
1

Boil fresh water to a full rolling boil. For Raat Ki Chai, the full temperature is important — it draws out the hibiscus color and cardamom oils properly.

2

Add 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 2.5g) of Raat Ki Chai into your cup or a clear glass — the ruby color is part of the experience.

3

Pour boiling water over the blend. Watch the deep ruby infuse immediately — hibiscus releases its color and tartness within seconds.

4

Steep for 5–7 minutes. The longer you steep, the deeper the ruby and the more pronounced the hibiscus tartness. 6 minutes is the sweet spot.

5

Strain and drink slowly. The blend is naturally tart and slightly sweet from the cinnamon. If you prefer it sweeter, a small drizzle of honey works beautifully.
