Yes - we deliver to all major cities across Pakistan.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. You'll receive a tracking update via WhatsApp once your order is out for delivery.

Yes. If you prefer to order via WhatsApp, simply click the 'Order via WhatsApp' button on any product page. Our team will confirm your order, collect your address, and dispatch within 24 hours.

No minimum order. You can order a single 70g pack and we'll dispatch it the same way as a larger order.

Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 3,000. Orders below this amount carry a standard Rs. 200 approx. delivery charge.

Add 1 heaped teaspoon to a cup of freshly boiled water (100°C). Steep for 3–5 minutes, then strain and drink as is. No milk, no sugar needed — the Mulethi provides natural sweetness.

We don't recommend adding milk to either blend — these are herbal infusions, not black tea. Milk can mask the natural flavors and reduce the effectiveness of the herbs. Drink them plain or with a small amount of honey.

Yes — especially Skin Glow Tea. Brew it hot, let it cool, then serve over ice. The ruby color looks stunning in a glass. Skin Glow Tea iced is one of our favorite ways to serve it in summer.

The 70g pack serves approximately 40 cups. The 140g pack serves approximately 80 cups. This is based on 1 heaped teaspoon per cup.

Both blends are made from whole botanicals that have been used in traditional medicine for centuries. They are generally safe for most adults. However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication, please consult your doctor before use. Licorice root (Mulethi) in large quantities is not recommended during pregnancy.

Yes - that is exactly how they are designed to be used. Cardio Boost Tea in the morning and Skin Glow Tea in the evening. They are complementary, not competing.

All botanicals are sourced from local Pakistani farms and markets. We work with trusted suppliers who grow and dry their produce traditionally, without chemical treatment.

Our botanicals are naturally grown without pesticides. We source from small-scale farms we personally vet for quality.

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or tampered order, we will replace it free of charge.

Do not accept a visibly damaged parcel from the rider. If damage is discovered after opening, take a photo immediately and contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless they are damaged or defective. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

The fastest way is via WhatsApp. Send us your order details, a photo of the issue, and your address. We process replacements within 1–2 business days.

If a valid return is approved, we issue store credit or arrange a replacement. Cash refunds for COD orders are handled on a case-by-case basis via bank transfer.
