How Cash on Delivery Works
No online payment, no card required. You pay only when your order arrives at your door — after you've inspected it.
Place Your Order
Select your blend and size, fill in your delivery details, and confirm your order. No payment is required at this stage.
We Pack & Dispatch
We pack your order by hand and dispatch it within 24 hours on business days. You'll receive a confirmation message with tracking details.
Delivery Arrives
Your order arrives at your address within 3–5 business days. The delivery rider will call before arriving.
Inspect & Pay
Open the parcel in front of the rider and inspect the product before paying. If anything is wrong, do not accept the order and contact us immediately.
Delivery Timeframes & Charges
Business days are Monday–Saturday. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day. Delivery times may vary during public holidays and peak seasons.

Important to Know
Inspect Before Paying
Always open and inspect your parcel before handing payment to the rider. Once payment is made, the delivery is considered accepted.
Tracking Updates
You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Use it to track your parcel in real time.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm or on Sundays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Issues
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us on WhatsApp immediately. We resolve all delivery issues within 24 hours.
